- The item must be in original packaging .
- To complete your return, you must provide proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded
- If the item(s) in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges (if applicable)

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
- If for some reason you have not received your refund by 10 days, please contact us by email at support@ibringthehype.com and include your order number and information regarding your refund request so we can track refund status.
Shipping
- The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for ALL returning items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
